We are using right now working as the foundation Methodology of Periodization TACTIC (adapted to a selection of course). From the same philosophy and principles and their sub-principles we base all our exercises into 5 sections representing the 5 key moments that can occur in a game:
1. Static attack
2. Defense
3. Transition Defense - Attack
4. Attack Transition - Defense
5. Set Pieces (defensive and offensive)
There are professionals that mix different concepts (eg transition defense with attack - defense) but that's not the most important. What matters is that your philosophy of play you give more weight to one phase to another and work with it more exercises in this regard.
We are now in Saudi Arabia and due to the characteristics of the team (national team) we thought (we're only 2 workouts) seek to improve the transition attack - defense using withdrawal as a concept INTENSIVE priority. (Then surely we will add sub-concepts such as pressure + withdrawal). We use various exercises, all specific to develop it.

I am in favor of going changing the recovery phase depending on the time of the season. You could say that the two methodologies are sisters but there are nuances that differentiate them.
The Integrated Methodology theories focus on the knowledge of the person as a living, as a complex network that is articulated through the relationship of 6 structures (Conditional / physical, cognitive / Tactics, Coordinative / Technical, Creative, Expressive, Socio-Emotional-affective and Volitional). Veo que intentarás aprovechar el momento para “espiar” el trabajo de varios equipos. La verdad es que es una de las mejores formas de aprender y yo lo he hecho varias veces. En este país hay muy buenos profesionales y siempre nos pueden aportar cosas nuevas! También es verdad que hay que saber filtrar áquellas que se adaptan más a nuestra forma de entrenar y ver el fútbol.

Creo que las dos opciones son buenas pero me inclino por una fase de regeneración muy corta a base de cargas generales o incluso que tengan poco que ver con el Fútbol. El objetivo es “desestresar” a los jugadores del reciente campeonato y prepararlos MENTALMENTE para un nuevo reto. En España cada vez más hay empresas que se dedican a organizar eventos y/o deportes de aventuras cuyo propósito va dirigido a la Cohesión de grupos con resultados espectaculares. 4 o 5 días de estas actividades bien organizadas serían suficientes…luego, el incremento de las cargas debe ser progresivo y específicas cómo tu bien dices!

Creia que mai pronunciaria aquestes paraules però aquesta situació insostenible a fet que el meu parer canvi radicalment. Sóc una noia corrent, no tinc ni diners , ni fama ni cap talent especial… No tinc masses amics tampoc ( per no dir cap) ni sóc guapa … Sé que no sóc ningú per animar a Bojan . Segurament mai arribaré a conèixer Bojan, vaja, SEGUR; però això no em fa frenar, això no m'impedeix el meu respecte cap a ell, cap al millor jugador.
Fa un any jo ni tan sols sabia qui era el Bojan. Va ser durant un ingrès a Vall d'Ebron ( 6 mesos) ,ara fa un any, que em vaig “començar” a fer culé. Mai abans m'havia agradat el futbol, però les hores de tractament éren interminables si no tenies cap afició en què pensar. Ara farà un any vaig descubrir un jugador de la meva edat, que malgrat no jugar i estar sempre a la banqueta, mai es rendia. Mai deia una paraula de més, mai es queixava… Vaig adonar-me que aquest noi ( més tard vaig saber que es deia Bojan) era una gran persona que no deixava de lluitar ni un moment, mai es donava per vençut. Això va ser el que em va fer tirar endavant , vaig tardar 6 mesos (els pitjors de la meva vida) però al final vaig treure forces d'on no en tenia, vaig agafar l'exemple del jove jugador ( si ell pot suportar tot això que li fan, tu te n'has d'ensortir d'aquesta). I així, de sobte, el tractament va semblar donar un tomb, tot va començar anar a millor, jo lluitava dia a dia i va passar mig any… I vaig aconseguir tornar a casa. Sempre recordaré la rebuda del meu gos el primer dia després de mig any a l'hospital !!
Per aquest motiu, estic infinitament agraïda a Bojan. Bojan és una de les persones que més valoro, un dels jugadors dels que més he après i ho seguirà sent. Podriem dir que gràcies a que em vaig aferrar a la seva manera d'afrontar els problemes, vaig superar un cosa que ja gairebé tots els metges havíen sentenciat amb un final dolent.
Malgrat que mai ens coneixerem, malgrat que mai li podré dir lo important que és per el barça , mai podré fer-li arribar els meus ànims…, la meva esperança es manté viva i mai deixaré de lluitar per aconseguir transmetre les meves paraules a una persona tan gran, tan humil i tan bona com ell. Vull que s'adoni que és una gran persona i que sense ser-ne conscient, ha ajudat a una vida. De veritat, li dec moltíssim a aquest noi.
No és la meva intenció emprenyar-te ni res d'això. Però una cosa sí que et puc dir, i és q no soc cap d'aquelles bojes histèriques. Moltes vegades he estat etiquetada com una d'aquelles cabrones q nomes pensen en tenir un autògraf del jugador. Jo no. No vull cap autògraf. No vull cap foto amb ell. Només vull q sigui feliç perqùe de persones tan bones come ll n'hi ha poques i perquè no sé si t'hi hauràs fixat, però sempre són les bones persones les que ens enduem les ósties més fortes a la vida…

Gràcies per llegir aquest escrit. T'estaria molt i molt agraïda que em donessis una resposta ( res, ni que fòssin un parell de paraules). Com ja he escrit al principi, no m'agradaria que tot això es perdés pel no res. He escrit coses que tenen molt valor per mi . Aquest noi m'ha ajudat moltíssim sense saber-ho. Jo mai li podré donar les gràcies personalment i és per això que només et demano un favor : DONA-L'HI LES GRÀCIES DE PART MEVA.
Entenc perfectament que Bojan no estigui per atendre a missatges dels aficionats (altra feina té el pobre que haver de respondre missatges de gent que ni coneix). En tinc prou en què li facis saber tot el que m'ha ajudat. Només vull que s'adoni que no solament és un gran jugador (que sí ), sinó que també que és una gran persona i un exemple a seguir molt i molt important per a molta gent que ell no es pensa.
No només l'adoren les fans bojes que criden pel carrer el seu nom tot dient “te quiero”. En el fons de tot hi ha un munt de gent que pateix per ell, l'estima , però d'una manera molt diferent.
Estic segura que ni tan sols ell és conscient de tot aquest munt de persones que, sense necessitat d'enunciar-ho als quatre vents, farien el que fos per ajudar-lo.
I una vegada més em disculpo per si t'he fet perdre el temps. No era la meva intenció atabalar-te ni omplir-te el cap amb tonteries meves.
Si mai puc fer alguna cosa per Bojan o per la seva familia, siusplau, diguem'ho. I repeteixo , en cap moment no he tingut la intenció de fer la pilota, tot el que dic em surt del cor i de veritat que estaría encantada d'ajudar-vos amb el que fos .

( també m'agradaria fer-te una altra pregunta… Hi ha noies que siguin preparadores físiques ¿?? De sempre m'ha encantat l'esport i tot lo relacionat amb la salut i el cos humà. L'any que bé començaré un grau superior en Animació Física i Esportiva…. Seria la meva il•lusió tenir els coneixements que tu tens i poder-los aplicar…)

Hola Albert. yo te quería preguntar sobre el trabajo en gimnasio en fútbol. Es sabido que a veces llegan jugadores de otras ligas con grandes deficiencias en el tema de la musculatura, algo que es una auténtico hándicap en estos momentos. Aunque el tren inferior es vital también es necesario aumentar masa en el tren superior aunque esto conlleve ganancia de quilos. Mi pregunta cuantas sesiones son necesarias a la semana para conseguir esto y que metodología utilizarías, es decir, series y repeticiones de cada ejercicio ya cuando colocarías la sesión de gimnasio dentro del microciclo de entrenamiento (semana).

Hi han moltes noies que son preparadores físiques i cada vegada més… però sempre treballant en equips femenins. Espero que dintre d'uns anys pugui haver-hi alguna preparadora fisique que accedeixi a preparar un equip masculí però encara pasaran alguns anys…
T'animo a que persegueixis el teu “somni” doncs s'et veu amb moltes ganes i il.lusió…

No sé donde trabajas pero aunque el trabajo en el gimnasio puede ser interesante en algunos casos determinados, para mi siempre es secundario puesto que si has leido mi informe estoy utilizando metodologías de carácter muy específico. De todas formas, concuerdo contigo que ciertos programas pueden mejorar deficiencias de equilibrio muscular que a la postre pueden evitar lesiones indeseadas. Descartaría programas para la mejora de la Fuerza Máxima (creo que la ganancia de masa en el tren superior tiene que ser la mínima…tengo casos particulares de ese fallo!) y si trabajar la resistencia a la Fuerza y la fuerza explosiva y F. elástico-reactiva puesto que son las cualidades que a la larga podrán beneficiar en algo las adaptaciones de fuerza del jugador. Sin embargo, si te soy sincero, en los Clubs donde he trabajado nunca se ha hecho un programa largo en ese sentido (tal vez sólo los guardametas) y sí más bien de mantenimiento y como ayuda a los jugadores que se recuperan de alguna lesión. El número de sesiones variará pues en función de los objetivos que te plantees así como su programación pero si el trabajo que realizas con algún jugador/es es sólo de mantenimiento (mejora del tono muscular) puedes realizarlo perfectamente antes de la sesión específica pues con ello también estarás activando la musculatura que luego utilizará el jugador.

Buena pregunta! Soy partidario de la “Metodología Global” en las categorías inferiores que es la precursora de la Periodización Táctica que es un estado superior y que conlleva por lo tanto una complejidad poco asumible para el niño cuando no se tiene una base técnico-táctica adecuada. Te recomiendo que leas bibliografía sobre la Metodología de base. Cesar Fratarolla y Alex Sanz tienen varios libros muy interesantes sobre el proceso de entrenamiento en estas edades. Otro profesional muy reconocido es Horst Wein (aunque supongo que ya lo conoces).

Disculpa ante todo el retraso en mi respuesta! Si revisas mi tratado en mi blog (“Mi Metodología”) y luego la bibliografía (“Planificación de los Deportes de Equipo” por Joan Solé…libro más que interesante) verás que hay una tabla que especifica muy claramente la fórmula de Unidades de carga (UC). El hecho de la división en la fórmula por 500 es simplemente para establecer un valor numérico sencillo que te ayude mejor a valorar y diferenciar la carga.
